Nathan earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a member of the Dean's List. With over seven years of title examination experience, Nathan's practice areas include rendering Drilling Title Opinions, Acquisition Title Opinions and Division Order Title Opinions, as well as and assisting clients with other oil and gas related matters. Nathan is a member of the Mineral Law and Energy Law sections of the Oklahoma State Bar, the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen, the Young Professionals in Energy Association - Oklahoma City Chapter, and a member of the American Bar Association. Nathan is licensed to practice before all Oklahoma State courts.
Ted M. Hans III
Ted earned his Bachelor's Degree in History, Political Science and English Literature from McGill University and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School. Ted began his career in the oil and gas industry by spending several years examining title in Texas and Louisiana and dealing with the wide-range of issues presented in those areas of exploration. Ted has assisted in the rendering of Drilling Title Opinions, Division Order Title Opinions and Acquisition Title Opinions covering lands in Oklahoma, Texas, North Dakota and Montana. Ted is proficient at Multi-Unit and Multi-Lateral hybrid Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions. He is a member of the Mineral and Energy Law sections of the Oklahoma State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma City and Tulsa Associations of Professional Landmen, the Independent Petroleum Association of America and the Young Professionals in Energy Association. Ted is licensed to practice in the States of Oklahoma and New York.
Laura graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Finance in 2004 and a J.D. in 2007. She is a member of the Oklahoma City Association of Petroleum Landmen, Oklahoma Bar Association Mineral Law Section, American Bar Association and Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers Society. Since graduating from law school in 2007, her practice has focused on Oil and Gas, and her concentration is on preparing drilling, division order and acquisition title opinions.
