Nathan earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Rice University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. With over a decade of of legal experience, Nathan’s practice areas include trust and estate planning, litigating mineral and lease disputes, rendering drilling title opinions, acquisition title opinions and division order title opinions, counseling on all forms of transactions, as well as assisting clients with other property and real estate matters.

Nathan is a member of the Real Property Law, Energy and Natural Resources Law and the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust sections of the Oklahoma State Bar Association, the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen, the Young Professionals in Energy Association – Oklahoma City Chapter, and a member of the American Bar Association. Nathan is licensed to practice before all Oklahoma and North Dakota state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Ted earned his bachelor’s degree in History, Political Science and English Literature from McGill University and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School with a concentration in Estate Planning.  Ted began his career in the legal industry by spending several years examining title in Texas and Louisiana and dealing with the wide-range of issues presented in those areas of oil and gas exploration while also engaging in an extensive Trusts and Estate Planning practice in the state of NY. Since then, he has been providing consistent and reliable legal services in these fields for clients both large and small. 

He is a member of the Mineral and Energy Law and Wills and Estate Planning sections of the Oklahoma State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma City and Tulsa Associations of Professional Landmen, the Independent Petroleum Association of America and the Young Professionals in Energy Association. Ted is licensed to practice in the States of Oklahoma, Texas and New York.

Laura Rudnicki

Laura graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Finance in 2004 and a J.D. in 2007.  She is a member of the Oklahoma City Association of Petroleum Landmen, Oklahoma Bar Association Mineral Law Section, American Bar Association and Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers Society.  Since graduating from law school in 2007, her practice has focused on Oil and Gas, and her concentration is on preparing drilling, division order and acquisition title opinions.
